RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling within 24 hours of your service is still a cancellation & will be charged as a late cancellation. Practitioners reserve the right to waive rescheduling fees on a per case basis.
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS
A same day cancellation is a cancellation LESS than 24 hours before your appointment. You must call or text to inform us of your cancellation (contact information is listed below).
• within 24 hours = 50% cancellation fee
• within 6 hours = 100% fee
LATE ARRIVALS
Better late than never, we will do our best to accommodate full service as time permits.
NO CALL, NO SHOW
A no-call, no-show is when you do not call/text to inform us that you will not be coming to your appointment and is a full service charge.
