8 Week Class Series

Spring Session: April 14- June 9 (skipping Memorial Day Weekend)
Join us for this 8-week Postpartum series in Buffalo, NY, centered around connection, community, education, and mindfulness for new moms and babies.
Gather with other Buffalo moms in a supportive mom group environment to learn, feel supported, and deepen the bond with your babies.
Geared towards lap babies (birth to 8 months) we will share our joys and challenges weekly and follow a specifically curated postpartum curriculum that will empower and equip you with valuable strategies you can implement at home.
Cost: $250 for the Series.
Postpartum Village
2nd & 4th Sunday Mornings
10:00-11:30am

Join us Sundays bimonthly (2nd and 4th Sundays) for continued postpartum support and opportunities for connection, community, education, and mindfulness.
Gather with other Buffalo moms to learn, feel supported and deepen the bond with your babies. We felt it was important to have a pop-up mom group series on the weekends that is accessible to more mamas.
Geared towards babies through toddlerhood. We have a playpen for mobile babies and recommend bringing a baby carrier as well.
Cost: $32/class or $60/month. (Sliding price scale available, if needed).
Registration & Cost
Classes are limited to 8 parents & babies to ensure an intimate environment.
While we love partners, this event is for the birthing person & babies only.
