Prepare for your due date by making informed, evidence-based decisions before hand, and ensure you don’t head to the hospital too soon.

For those planning an out-of-hospital birth, we still encourage you to take this class is to help you know what options and interventions are available if you need them. We can plan to stay after class to discuss WHY you might want to transfer into a hospital and what to consider when making that decision.
