Chinese Medicine for Daily Living

An introduction to the Meridians and the Five Elements to inspire ways to integrate these modalities into your routine, restoring balance to the body / mind / spirit. Rooted in the foundational principles of Chinese Medicine, this workshop explores how these time-honored concepts can be applied in daily life. Participants will gain knowledge of Chinese herbs, practice acupressure points, and enjoy a guided tea tasting featuring the herbs we work with in class.
