Join us to create elderberry syrup just in time for the changing seasons! Please note: we’ve moved the class to October 11. Hosted by Jessica from Upper Mountain Mercantile, we’ll be using locally sourced honey, organically grown elderberries, and warming spices like cinnamon, cloves, and ginger.

This immune-boosting syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 12 weeks and enjoyed daily or whenever you feel under the weather. The 90-minute class includes all supplies, and each participant will take home an 8oz bottle of syrup along with the recipe to make more at home.
